[文法]形容詞子句

With news about the director, and another photo that circulated on the
Internet that showed an overly obese man sitting halfway in the aisle
of a plane.

以上兩個that，第一個無疑是修飾photo，但第二個是修飾Internet嗎？

我翻起來的語意覺得應該也是修飾photo耶..

所以文法允許用兩個不同的形容詞子句連續修飾同一個先行詞嗎？
