  第一行意思大概知道(雖然受挫,他繼續對..表現出不切實際的樂觀)
  但第二行不太懂怎麼接(就是...不知道怎麼翻XD~~)


2.No act of abnegation was as pronounced

  as his refusal of any rewards for his discovery.


  這兩句的第一行意思都知道
  但當兩行合在一起時就看不太懂

  煩請板友可否幫忙說明一下^^
