簡單問一下：
A growing concern which has taken hold of not only the government but the
general public as well is
whether abolishing the entrance exam is beneficial
to students.
想問這句的whether子句是否可以改成 whether to abolish the entrance exam.
有whether + 不定詞片語 這種用法嗎??
是否？
