我似乎能理解意思，但是要翻譯的通順好像有點難...
我就大致說一下，至於如何翻譯的通順，希望版上大大們也指點指點囉！
大意就是Hubbert的高峰理論是建立在資源是有限以及資源產出的速度和資源發現的速度
粗略估計是有一段時間差的事實上。
不管（對於）任何資源，他們一開始被發現時的比例都是很小的，
但隨即會增加（成長）到他的極大值 （呼應上面的peak theroy），
達大最大值後，最終會減少
我覺得這段話就是在描述一個曲線（假設類似常態曲現那樣）
一開始很小--> 達到高峰 --> 衰減
應該是這樣吧～^^"
