請教一個用法
在寫作中，敘述了一些事情，然後下一句中另一個主詞也是同樣情形
應該如何表達
舉例: Joe的英文成績是全班後段
Mary的英文成績也是全班後段
Joe's English score was in the back of class,
and Mary's English score was also in the back of class.
是不是有這種用法,可以簡化句子
Joe's English score was in the back of class,__________ Mary.
