 請問以下這句對嗎?報上(China post內文)看到的..

"Truly, we have arrived at a time when Mother Earth is at her most

temperamental and erratic, inflicted by this illness known as "global

warming" and suffering from severe symptoms of "climate change."

我只覺得 erratic後是不是少一個名詞  且後面又有inflict這個動詞

感覺不符合文法...還是這是什麼高級技巧呢??  請高手指點謝謝

推 semicoma:是因為句子前面的time?
→ heziying:state吧 這樣得用法還不少見(特別是not at sb's best)
→ heziying:逗號後是一種書面一點的用法 可以加一些形容詞來多描寫
→ heziying:前面的主詞/state 也蠻常見 如:He hung up the phone,
→ heziying:saddened and startled. 人家不太會這樣說,但會這樣寫
→ heziying:希望有板友可以用中文的文法術語來解釋!!^^'
