標題[求譯] 他還未準備好

答案卷上給的答案是：He hasn't been ready yet.
但是同學看到準備二字，自然而然就想到prepare，因此寫了下面這句翻譯
He hasn't prepared well.
但是上網查了一些資料，沒看到這樣的寫法
但是有看到 I am well prepared的寫法
所以想請問版友，如果寫↑這句話，是不是也可以呢?
那He hasn't prepared well這句話又為什麼不對呢?
