Well... It looks like Chinese-style English if you translate them directly.
So, If I were you, I would just say...
"Please stand up if you have any wrong answers in this section."
"Is anyone wrong in this question?"
"Please read the handout."
"Please take out your worksheets, and turn to page 3."
"Time's up! Please give me(=turn/hand in) your tests."
"Sara, (Would you) please help me to collect the tests."
"Please give your test to Sara when you finish(your test)."
"Please raise your hand if you have any questions?" "Any questions?"
