近日在閱讀空中美語雜誌2011年11月號其中一篇"Organ Transplants Take Tragic Turn"
在第二段時遇到一點困難
原文如下:
It was later revealed that the tragic mistake was due to a mix-up during a
a phone call,in which a staff member at NTUH misheard the donor's
test results as "non-reactive," when they were actually described as
being "reactive."
問題(1)請問要如何將in which還原成獨立子句?which是指前句的a phone call嗎?
我理解為a staff member at NTUH.....being "reactive" in a phone call
這樣正確嗎?
問題(2)原文裡being，為何該處要用being? 不能省略不用嗎?
