抱歉不知道該選[文法]還是[求譯] ^^"

請問：
(1) and 後面為啥要加"so"？
(2) responsible放那裡要做何解釋？
就我所查到的英英/英漢辭典，多解釋為"負責任的"或相關解釋
這裡這樣用，是指常常去7-11吃飯的人嗎？
有點困惑希望有人能解答，謝謝！:)
