藉由溶劑熱法合成出奈米磷酸鋰鐵粒子，其長約60~90 nm，寬約30~40 nm，為了改善奈米
粒子乾燥時聚集現象及磷酸鋰鐵導電度低下的缺點，添加蔗糖、氧化石墨、樹脂等碳源，
並於500 度碳化。其產物將由XRD鑑定晶型，TEM、SEM觀察外部型態。

Nanoparticles of lithium iron phosphate (NLFP) with a length of 60 ~ 90 nm,
width of 30 ~ 40 nm was synthesized by solvothermal method. In order to
prevent aggregation and improve low electrical conductivity of NLFP, we mixed
sucrose, graphite oxide and resin and then carbonized at 500 oC. The
morphology of the product was identified by XRD, TEM and SEM.
