In order to Nanoparticles of lithium iron phosphate (NLFP) with length ranging from 60 to 90 nm and width from 30 to 40 nm were synthesized by the solvo-thermal method. To prevent the potential aggregation and to increase NLFP's electrical conductivity, sucrose, graphite oxide and resin were introduced during the synthesis process. The morphological properties of the products were then identified by XRD, TEM and SEM : prevent aggregation and improve low electrical conductivity of NLFP, we mixed : sucrose, graphite oxide and resin and then carbonized at 500 oC.
