題目：She works in the bank ____ the road from the park.
      (1) along  (2) across

請問空格可填(1)嗎？或只能選(2)？


2. 若是上題中的"across the road from" 改為 "across from"，
   在文意上有什麼差別嗎？

感謝回覆，抱歉第2個問題沒寫清楚，我原意是若刪掉"the road"，對於文意
的認定上會不會有差異？（我知道有些句子會寫得很清楚"across the street
from..."、"across the river from..."等等）

→ iamamiba:差異只有在提供形容的細節 不然讀者也可以解讀為across
