作者說到，應以"鼓勵孩子"取替"覺得孩子做得還不夠好"。
然後說：

Instead of saying,
"If only she would try harder, she would do better," say,
"If she did better, she would try harder."

第二句沒甚麼問題，
可是第一句的邏輯："要是她做得更好，就會更努力"。

乍看之下好像沒甚麼問題，可是仔細一想又覺得怪怪的，
不是先"努力做事"，才會有"做得好"的結果嗎？
怎麼會是把 "更努力" 擺在後半句呢？

請問是我有哪裡誤解了嗎？
