在文法書及網路上查詢了幾種用法，但還是無法套用到書上的句子中，
所以請高手幫忙看一下

看到2個as, 會很直覺的想到是在比較2個東西，但又覺得這樣句子有點怪
另一個解讀是，第一個as解釋為「如同」，是在補充說明mapping
第二個as 則單純是「當」的意思
不太確定這樣的想法是否正確，請幫忙解答，謝謝。
