這篇主要的問題我認為有兩個
(1) 很多句子感覺上都是由中文硬翻成英文而來。
例如第一句 『has anyone known . ..』。
最後一句 『Please take ...』。
(2) 第一句和接下來的兩句，好像完全無關。我不曉得你把他們放在
一起是怎樣？整篇文章的文意都不通。

我不知道你用現在完成式的用意在哪？
Does anybody know whether Taiwan is the best country concerning
the research and development environment of information technology?
If yes, in what areas within the IT industry that Taiwan
has the greatest competitive advantage?
: in Taiwan is the toppest or not? (If it is true: then what
: kind of aspects are the toppest: embedded system? networking?)
以下這兩句和上文完全無關。而且這兩句文意也不連貫。就是一整個
怪到不行。
: I think there still exist some great universities in Asia
: not including Taiwan which offer better master courses and education.
Given the advanced IT industry as the foundation, Taiwanese
universities have long been known as the best ones in training
undergraduate and graduate students in many computer-realted areas.
Nevertheless in my opinion that other Asian universities also
provide top rated education that are as competitive as those
offered by the Taiwanese education system.
: So, I wanna know what are these schools? Please take the schools
: in Hong Kong, Singapore and China for example.
『so』放在開頭有點怪。個人意見。
『wanna know』也很怪。
Thus could someone tell me the best universities in
computer science in the areas of Hong Kong, Singapore and China?
