標題[文法] both are not? not everything?

出自蔣志榆先生的文法王一書
原題是
(1) Are the two answers correct?
No, _____ correct.
a. no one is
b. both are not
c. neither is
d. either is not
此題的問題是第三個答案是對的無誤 但為什麼第二個不對?
google 了一下 第二個的意思好像有兩種 一個是'兩者皆否' 另一個是'並非兩者都是'
都有人說
(2) I agree with most of what you said, but I don't agree with ____
a. everything
b. anything
c. something
d. nothing
同樣地 a 為什麼不對? 似乎表示 '但我不同意全部'?????
