這個問題是很多很多很多小學生以至研究生都會搞不懂的XD
我就詳細的說一下吧
老實說我本身也沒有很厲害
所以有說錯的話請大大指證

如果要在to後面用V+ING的話
有三個原則
1.to是短語動詞的一部分
例如look forward to, confess to, commit to
在後面的V就要加ING
例句:
I am looking forward to seeing you guys tomorrow.
He is committed to supporting the enermy.
2.to是形容詞+to的形式
例句:
I am opposed to attacking America.
She is not accustomed to eating so well.
3.to是名詞+to的形式
例句:
My addiction to cigarette is going to kill me chronically.
His dedication to helping the poor is inspiring.
至於你的句子
the biggest technical challenges to getting
這裡就是名詞+to的形式
所以就是用getting瞜
