1) the activity to which something is applied: V-ing,
2) the purpose for which it was done: (in order) to V
記住這兩個原則，可能會比較簡單一點。

V-ing 此時是動名詞，也就是將後面當作一個事件名詞來看
而用 to + V ，通常指的是"行為的目地性"
