我自己的翻譯是:
客戶應賠償銀行，並避免銀行免於因銀行提供服務時產生的損失
(但此損失或是債務並不包含合理的手續費及訴訟費)，
或是任何因客戶違反本協議條款所產生的債務。
疑問是:
其中including without limitation 包含但不限於
是"包含"還是"不包含"???
