依據字面直覺猜測是：
①在大象之後拿一支鏟＝趕不動大象？
所以是
我個人的力量太小，所以無能為力？
②在大象之後拿一支鏟＝剷除清理大象的大便
所以是
我要收拾一大堆的別人惹出來的麻煩？
有點像clean up after you的意思
③ 以上猜測皆非， google不到，求高手賜教指點
