如果想要表達創立於龍年2012年3月3日寫成以下三者哪一個正確呢?

1. since March 3, 2012, the Year of Dragon

2. Since March 3, 2012, the Year of Dragon

3. Since March 3rd, 2012, Year of the Dragon

或者是還有什麼大家覺得更精確的寫法呢?謝謝
