Concerning movable goods that need not be registered to constitute transfer of
property,
which are still in the same condition as when delivered to
the buyer and when 6 weeks have elapsed since the claim for payment became due,
這邊主要有問題的是concerning是鑒於的意思還是涉及的意思?
我自己是翻鑒於動產的移轉無須經登記.
後面為何有as又有when呢?
in the Netherlands the seller may exercise the specific right of
revindication
under CC arts. 7:39 ff, provided that the requirements to terminate the
contract under CC art.6:265 have been met.
revindication這字我查不到 我只知道vindication是辨明辯護
specific provisions protecting a subsequent buyer's rights apply, preventing
the execution of the right in such a situation.
這裡是說保護繼受買受人的特別規定在這邊有適用的意思嗎?
為了避免在這種情況下主張前述的specific right?
