我在看一本英文小說，但是中間一段卡住了，

可以請高手幫我看看它到底在說什麼嗎?

這是在講一個對一個外科醫生的評議時的段落:

重點來囉，

說真的，每個字都看得懂，但是最後一段我真的不知道它到底在說什麼，

連一點點頭緒都沒有，拜託哪個高手解謎一下吧。
