[文法] will be 跟 is going to be 的差別

請問 "will" 跟 "is going to" 可以互換嗎?

Ex. I {will / am going to} be a millionaire.
這樣好像都可以?

2016, it {will / is going to} be the tallest building in the world,
standing at 700m tall.
都可以嗎? 一個句子裡面有時態的改變 (completes現在 -> will未來) 可以嗎?

推 butters:will偏向預期可能發生 be going to偏向表示有計劃性的
→ butters:例如 I am going to Paris next week for work.會比
→ priv:這邊不算時態的改變，用現在式是正確的
→ butters:I will go to Paris next week for work.好
→ priv:will可能是中性也可能表達主語的「意志」
→ priv:be going to因為是進行式表示事情的動態
→ priv:但是這只是通則，以這邊的by the time來說
→ priv:雖然它也是一個計畫，但是我還是會選will不會選be going to
