一、中翻英
(一)七月份於倫敦發生的兩波炸彈攻擊，已引發英國一連串新的反恐措施。英國首相Tony
    Blair說:「遊戲規則已經開始改變。」

試譯:In July,two bombing attacks occurred in London,which has triggered a

     series of new anti-terrorism measures in London.Tony Blair,the prime

     minister in England,stated:The rules in this game start changing.


(二)表面語言形式的不同是否意味著內在思維模式的不同?還是外顯行為及信念差異或許
    只是人類相同心智的不同外在表情而已?

試譯:Whether the discrepancy of superficial language form means the difference

     of inner thinking mode?Or maybe the discrepancy of exterior behaviors and

     faith are just different facial expressions under the same intelligence

     in human being?


二、英翻中
(一)English may have transformed the world,but with non-native speakers now

    outnumbering native speakers 3 to 1,the language is being reshaped in

    return.In Aisan alone,the number of English users has topped 350 million,

    roughly the combined populations of the United States,Britain and Canada.

試譯:英文改變了世界,但現在英語非母語者與英語為母語者的比例高達三比一,這樣

     反而重新塑造這個語言。光是在亞洲,就有多達三十五億使用英文的使用英語人士,

     相當於美國加上英國及加拿大的總人口。

(二)The world is changing in every conceivable dimension,such that humanity is

    faced with a new scheme of being.Policy-makers can choose to ignore these

    developments and be swept along with them in mindless confusion or they

    can seek to understand them and explore better coping mechanisms that may

    enable public institutions to maintain some measures of control and

    direction.

試譯:這個世界正以任何能想像得到的面向改變著,而人性也面臨到該如何配置其存在。決
     策者可以選擇忽略這些發展,毫無良心地掃平他們,或是這些決策者可以試圖理解
     他們,發現更好的處理辦法,或許能讓公家機構堅守控制與領導方針。



1.中翻英的第二題有點看不懂,所以可能只是照字面翻...

2.英翻中的第二題,我幾乎看不懂題目要表達甚麼...them是指?連我都看不懂我寫的
