which 最常影射其前面最近的名詞，而其前面最近的名詞是 London，那半句就變成
[London] has triggered ... in London.
建議 1) 拿掉 which

2) 重寫：The two waves of bombing attacks in London this July have ...
The rules in this game start changing
現在式 start 不合原文「已經開始」
建議可用 has started changing, is starting to change
但在此稱職譯者應回朔 Blair 之原文： "The rules of the game are changing."
