[單字] 請教 strike

strike 名詞是罷工, 常用於 go on a strike

但是也可以當動詞, 今天看到一個句子, 想要請教 :

Yahoo (YHOO) strikes a content distribution/promotion agreement with Spotify.

剛剛查了, strike 當動詞可以是:

[刪掉, 取消]  也可以是  [達成(協議), 簽訂合約..]

因為這兩個意思對上面那個句字, 剛好是相反, 所以請問一下, 該怎麼解釋?
