: There are more than two automatic guided vehicles (AGV) in the AGV system
: handling operations. The Scramble System has limited resources, and if the
: machinery were blocked or deadlock, the production capacity of the entire
: system’s performance would be degraded. In this research, based on a given
: layout of the environment and the requirement that the vehicle needs to
: consider the zone control limits of each zone which can only accommodate a
: single AGV handling operation at the same time, Petri Net modeling is used to
: express the AGV. The dynamic behavior of the AGV system can analyze the AGV
: deadlock, and propose a way to avoid AGV deadlock of the control. In order to
: reduce the system dimensions, The Petri Nets reduction method is introduced
: to simplify the model. This study proposes the use of Petri Nets reachability
: tree analysis to identify all fired states contained in a circular, reachable
: or unreachable state. For these states to establish their limitations, we
: need to use the controller search method to find the Petri Net controller of
: the original Petri Nets in order to avoid AGV deadlock.
