廢棄原判決 = reverse(d)
[順便一提：發回重審 = remand(ed)]
overrule 好像不對
award 專指判決的(賠償)金額部分，用 judgement 應該較保守
這裡要請熟悉台灣法的強者修正案號的翻譯。

: 提起再審之訴。

the award was incorrect? 所以公司直接說「阿我認為你判錯了」XD

[2010]) was based on a misapplication of law, and has filed an appeal.
這裡不知 appeal 能不能用，沒見過 rehearing 這個東東
但這個我沒辦法查，因為最高法院再審在美國沒有對應辭
