我覺得這裡的確應該要用過去式
雖然新聞工作者通常都有比較好的寫作訓練
報社雜誌社也都有校稿員 但這不代表他們不會犯錯
或者所有他們寫出來的句子都是好的、正確的表達
看台灣報紙就好，報社也是有主編輯、主編審稿，專人校稿，
但偶而還是會看到一些錯字、表達不清的語句在報紙上
所以，請不要覺得新聞上的寫作都是百分百正確的
我以前（在美國）上研究所的進階寫作課時
教授會拿大家寫的文章段落檢討
我也驚訝地發現其實很多美國人的寫作能力並不好
即便（社會科學類的）研究所學生 也會有一些寫作錯誤
