現在讀到一篇非營利組織與第三部門的文獻
有一小小文章看不懂，著實卡關了一個上午
希望有好心人士能夠幫忙翻譯一下作者到底在說甚麼??

The beneficiary category of a given entity is that group to whose benefit the
organization aims to channel its surplus.

This group acts as an habitual claimant,which is to say that it is entitled to
receive the balance after settlement of all outstanding obligations.

推 DarkD:受益人是指the organization盈餘流向的的一方
→ DarkD:the organization根據你的文章種類應該是指非營利組織
→ DarkD:這一方(受益人)為通常性的受益方，有權收受所有清償負債後的
→ DarkD:盈餘
推 DarkD:負債這邊比較不是指借錢，應該是指一些行政/人事成本
→ DarkD:參考，沒全文不能很確定
→ DarkD:不過通常這就是NPO的概念
