如果先不要看just as cortisol may increase
整句原本的意思是
The key is that with strength training,
anabolic hormones that build muscle will increase in order to completely
overwhelm any negative impact of cortisol.
然後作者為了再多形容 anabolic hormones 增加就如同cortisol增加一樣
所以才用just as cortisol may increase,
so will anabolic hormoes that build muscle
