我覺得應該是因為I can't attend the workshop這句話是從屬子句(還是甚麼子句...)
他是說 我害怕~~~~
所以重點應該是前面I'm afraid 這句
因此~ Me too 是說我也害怕的意思
而重點不是後面的那句I can't attend the workshop
所以回答才不是用Neither can I
