[單字] 請問 "散步"

 請問一下,一般中文所說的"散步",英文該用哪個單字?

 又,如果是以下情境該怎麼說:

 1.朋友打電話來,問我幹嘛,我回答:在路邊/公園散步

 2.和女生約會,吃完飯後問她:願意和我出去走走/散步嗎?
