標題[求譯] with a meal with each meal with food?

最近因為幫媽媽買保健食品 罐子上都有寫什麼時候吃
我實在搞不懂這樣到底是
跟飯一起吃?
飯後吃?
飯前吃?
例如
As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel with each meal
or as directed by a physician.
Take 1 capsule per day with a meal or as directed
by your qualified health care consultant.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with food
or as directed by a physician.
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food. As with any supplement
