各位大大好，
在閱讀文章時有一句看不大懂，原文是這樣：
Now, six thousand England football fans are expected to travel to Japan for
this summer's World Cup, far more than for any other European team,
according to the Football Association.
它的中譯為：
現在，根據足球協會的資料，預計有六千名英國足球迷會遠赴日本，
參加今年夏天的世界盃足球賽，人數遠遠超過其它歐洲球隊的球迷。
想請教的是為何連接詞than後面還會有一個介詞for呢 (．＿．?)
