Raptor-propagation permits also can authorize the taking of
non-threatened and non-endangered raptors and raptor eggs from
the wild for propagation purposes, providing the state in which the
activity is to occur also gives written authorization.

這句不難，
但加了那一串，
我想了大半天都譯不出滿意的句子。
