You're burning up 其實也是省略句。
完整的句子應該是↓
You are burning (up) with a fever.
注意 up 可省略，而fever前要加 a 。
後面還可以再加字，表示什麼原因，如：
You are burning up from a fever from the flu.
再補充一點，
You are burning (up) with a fever. 意思就等於
You have a high fever. → 來表示發『高』燒好像你整個人燒起來一樣。
