If you are talking about a type of person or thing in general rather than a
specific group, do not use 'of':

Most people (Not Most of people) think the law should be changed.

從朗文字典讀到上面這段，但仍無法體會兩者 most people / most of people 的差別

不是都是"大多數的人"嗎?

→ qbk:前兩句就說啦 不用of的狀況是指你指稱的對象並非一個特定族群
→ qbk:所以most people簡單講就是"多數人" 但如果你想指稱一個特定群
→ qbk:體中的多數人 要用"most of the people" 就是"這群人中的多數"
