第一個問題：何謂「主體建構」？
我查了半天只有兩篇文章有 subject construction
一篇的subject = subject matter = 主題
另一篇文章則是對岸的，subject = protagonist = 主角
: 發表於民國五十七年的短篇小說〈花季〉，為李昂早期重要作品之一，其中透露了李昂經
: 由書寫以思考女性議題的最初面貌。換言之，對〈花季〉的閱讀與解析，可以做為一種理
: 解途徑，用以考察李昂在寫作的最初階段，如何在文學作品中呈現、思考、主張女性議題
: ，同時更可以與她後來的作品進行聯繫性與比對性的考察。
: The short story “Flower Season”, which is published in 1968, is one of the
: important works of Li Ang’s earlier literary. It revealed Li Ang’s
: beginning view on women's issues. In other words, by reading and analyzing the
: texture of Flower Season could be a way to understand Li Ang in the beginning
: of writing, thinking, and advocating women's issues. Meanwhile, by reading
: Flower Season, we can observe the correlation and intercompare with her later
: works.
The short story "Flower Season" (Blooming Season?), published in 1958, is an
important story among Li Ang's early body of works. It reveals Li's initial
thoughts on feminine issues through writing. In other words, the reading and
analysis of "Flower Season" provides a path that allows one to understand
how, in her early career, Li presented, thought about, and advocated feminine
issues; the story is also of value as a connection with, and point of
comparison against, her later works.

: （一）「學校」本為一種兼具實質與抽象意義的空間，傳統社會慣常在此空間中，透過代
: 代相傳的教育制度，傳遞女性特質與型塑女性人格，並從而建立男性威權。但在文本中，
: 學校卻成為一個矛盾的空間，既是女性急欲逃離的地方，卻又是獲得拯救的希望所在。
: (a) As a space of both real and abstract sense, School is customary pass

: education system in traditional society; moreover, school establishes male
: authoritarian. In the texture, however, the school has become a contradictory
: space, both women are anxious to escape from the place, and yet hope for

(1) The "school," in both the real and abstract sense, is usually a space in
which male dominance in traditional societies is established through an
educational system that has been passed down through generations to shape the
female personality and transmit notions of femininity. However, in this text,
the school is a space of contradiction, being at once a space women are
anxious to escape from and the locus of their hope for salvation.
: （二）小說文本以女學生逃學為故事主線，在逃學過程的敘述中，「觀者」與「被觀者」
: 的位置、方向與權力，在層層敘述中不斷解構與重構，進而為故事中的女主角建構了女性
: 的雙重自我。
: (B)The storyline bases on a truancy process of a schoolgirl. She is placed on
: the observer and the observed in narrative by constantly deconstruction and
: reconstruction, and thus, the schoolgirl constructs her dual self-feelings of
: feminine.
(2) The main thread of the text revolves around a student's truancy. In the
description of the truancy, the positioning, directionality, and power
between the observer and the observed are continually being deconstructed and
reconstructed through the layers of narrative, thus establishing the duality
in the main protagonist's sense of self.
這一整段中文完全看不懂，我還特別把〈花季〉找來看了一遍。位置、方向與權力是指
什麼？雙重自我又是在說甚麼？看不懂的東西我翻起來很心虛。。。
: （三）女性主體建立的根基，在於情欲的覺察與安頓，以及女性意識的萌發與展現。故事
: 中的女主角在逃學後，與陌生男子同行，尋找充滿象徵意義的「聖誕樹」的短暫旅程，其
: 實就是一段情欲覺察→女性意識萌發與建立→建構女性主體的嘗試之旅，一趟既是逃離，
: 也是歸返的旅行。
: (C) The establishment of female subjectivity between on the passions
: awareness and settle, the feminist consciousness germination and promotion.
: After the truancy, the schoolgirl in the story, with the strange man take a
: short journey to find a "Christmas tree" which is full of symbolic meaning,
: in fact, this journey is also a process of self-discovery which awares her
: passion, germinates her feminist consciousness, and constructs her female
: subject. The truancy is not only escapism but also a return odyssey.
(3) The foundation of the feminine subjectivity rests on the awareness and
settlement of passion, and the germination and display of the feminine
consciousness. The main protagonist, having skipped school, went on a short
journey with a strange man to search for the symbolic "Christmas tree." The
journey is actually a three-stage process of self-discovery: awareness of her
passion, germination of her female consciousness, and the construction of her
feminine subjectivity; the journey is at once an escape and a homecoming.
