[文法] 請問這邊為何要用being呢？

請問這邊為什麼要用being呢？
是因為強調嗎？

還有想請問要搞懂這句話需要讀部分的文法呢？
找了文法書找很久只有看到分詞構句但好像不是......

中間的and後面應該還要有一個as(表原因)
但是被省略了，所以後面要改成it being？
所以這是分詞構句嗎？
