我看了一篇文章,有一句話是這樣的 An expedition ship, led by the British explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes, has set off from London, heading south to the world's coldest continent. 我在讀的時候,認為他的文法應該是 An expedition ship, (which is) led by the British explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes, has set off from London, heading south to the world's coldest continent. 在ship之後,是非限定的關係子句,省略了which is, 但接在London後面的"逗號+heading",我就不曉得為何這樣寫了 如果head是尚動詞用,那接在set off之後,用動詞+ing可以理解, 但不知道為何要在heading前加逗號呢? 如果是另一個句子,那為何沒有用and之類的連接詞?而且把它寫成 has set off from London and headed south to..... 再向版上的各位高手達人請教?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.136.228
