剛剛轉到Disney Channel的時候看到這個

(之前沒看過，看到的時候很興奮就轉貼到Facebook)
就在打描述的時候就遇到一點小障礙...

At first, I thought it was a kind of advertisement which made from Taiwan
Government. But it
wasn't , it's cool.
1. 「我之前從來沒看過」，
是I havn't seen it before 或是 I never seen this before?
2. 我說it wasn't，可是後來又說it's cool，這樣時態有錯或是衝突嗎？
