[文法] say 在句中

我在一個文件上看到一個句子

For example, if a blah blah wished to start say MySQL, it would blah blah.

中間的 say 的用法
在我的認知裡面好像是 "譬如說"

"如果系統要開啓(譬如說)MySQL, 它必須先開啓MySQL需要的相依程式"

請問我這樣想是正確的嗎?
