   My major concern is that the physician incentive plan is not described.
   It needs a full and accurate description of the plan in its own section.
   It needs descriptive statistics of how much of a physician's salary
   was variable incentive of the range of these incentives.
   How many doctors? How was the incentive paid? Annually? Monthly?
   The authors need to clearly revise the paper
   to describe the incentive plan.

   看懂了  但感覺不是很通順
