其實我文法底子不是非常好，雖然念的是外文，文法我算是後來自己摸索補起來的......
anyway, 還是想問一段翻譯，跟文法可能稍微有點關係
整段大致如下
Residents who are in dire economic situations contribute only a little if
anything at all to the expense of their accommodation. However they receive
equal care and personal attention. Therefore funding for the ongoing costs
is extremely important. The Shelter desires that all its residents will live
out their final years surrounded by love and professional support. Until the
Shelter is well established it will not receive government subsidies.
我不是很清楚Until + 未來否定式該怎麼解釋
我不確定我的理解有沒有錯誤，所以最後一句話我不確定該怎麼翻譯
最後一句的翻譯可否翻作「在建設完善前，它將不會接收政府的補助津貼。」
或是有較正確的翻譯？
