[求譯] 關於 存款利息『單次給付』的譯法

各位大大，最近在翻一個中文的句子成英語時，碰到了難題，
其實不是難的字，卻不知如何翻比較好。


中文原句是：
存款利息『單次』給付新台幣五千元以下不扣繳二代健保補充保費。


我後來想要怎麼翻那個「單次」比較好，但沒有想到一個好的方法。

我的暫譯文如下：

If "a single" interest return credited to your account is less than five
thousand NT dollars, your account will not be debited for the supplementary
premium of National Health Insurance.

我用single表示「單次」，但覺得不道地，就上了Google搜一下，
好像沒有人用single來和interest return搭配。

還是我用lump sum後面接interest return來表示「單次」利息給付呢？
