[請益] as with / as to / as for

我一直搞不太清楚as with, as to, as for的差別

譬如文章中有一句:
As with technical scheme, the mode complcated something becomes,
the more bugs it will have.

感覺上, 那個As with換成As to跟As for都說的通吧?
