[文法] paper上面的文法問題

 The micromechanism of carbon incorporation into metallic powder,and the

 compacting of it are described.


請問一下前面那一句有無動詞 , 還是 of 後面都是名詞片語?
                  或是有無省略 關代等等..還是這只是口語用法之類的..


請各位先進幫忙分析  感謝>_<
